Jetracks is a multi-vendor marketplace for digital sound products. Vendors are paid whenever a sale is made. Digital products, by nature, are un-returnable once purchased. Therefore, to maintain the security and respect for our vendor’s sound products, we do not offer refunds on purchased products. If, however, you did not receive the correct files for your license, please contact us so we can promptly resolve the issue for you.
